This was called the Chicago Style for Sign DNA fonts. Sorry, I do not have a link for you.

REVENGE has three different Es. Therefore, it may not necessarily be a font, but handwritten.
This reminds me of ITC Machine Bold, but it isn't. So, a recommendation: modify Atrox, add barbed wire, and by jove, you got it.

Wow -- Marta is from 2010 and looks like a rip off of ITC Eras from the 1980s.
