No, it is a commercial font; however, it might have come with the computer you own.
It is a manufacturer's version of a Bookman with a swash. I can't find the exact one, but as a substitute, how about a Bookman with a similar swash? See glyphs here:

I don't think this is a font. We are seeing two different lowercase Cs and Ss.
The M was a glyph from the PF Royalscript Display Font by Parachute. They no longer sell it, and I cannot find a legitimate link.

I believe the matching font may be BPG Glaho. However, there are no legitimate links to offer. However, in the 70s, Helvetica was very close and may very well do as a substitute.

Only the S if familiar. House Industries used it in their General Collection for Funkhouse
with two very different As, I would think Laila is handwritten and not a font.
A mystery - appears to be Fine Hand, stroked to make it appear bold.

NOT THE FONT. A bit closer than Optima would be Mitra Bold if you manually extend it. (The S doesn't seem to match, but could be modified by hand.)
