Sorry rocamaco, but you might be wrong. Sonic 2's title card font does show many similarities to that font, but most people agree that the font used is Roco: https://fontsinuse.com/typefaces/32753/roco

Here is the font for the, "SONIC" text. It's the same one used in every Sonic logo ever made.
