No. Actually, you can read an article revealing that is the "FF MARK" font (here: https://www.creativereview.co.uk/designstudio-rebrands-premier-league/). But, "y" lowcase is different though... =(
You can also see the CHURCHWARD ISABELLA or CHURCHWARD LEGIBLE for similar results.
