I'm looking for the big black lettering. I'm trying to make something similar to this but really only want the black lettering. Anyone know what font this is?

I'm working on a project where I'm imitating this image for my boss as an office joke. I've tried a few different fonts in place of it but they just don't look as good as this one.

Please, what is the "Join..." font?
