The N's left leg is different unfortunately, other than that it looks identical to me.

I also found another close match, OPTIEve Heavy, but in this case it's the N's right leg to be different.

Hope someone could figure out the other one, but I'm happy anyway.

Need to find the font for the name of regions (like "The Land of Always Winter" at the top) and the font for seas (like "The Shivering Sea"). The latter is similar to Papyrus, but I'm not able to identify it.
