Don't know what the text font is, but the CSS of Zivotopisy.cz shows that the title font is Novecento Wide.

The problem is that this was not a part of the text from the Zivotopisy.cz page - it was presented as a picture
So it isn't this font unfortunately...It is used on this page - http://www.zivotopisy.cz/zivotopis
Could be a thinner variation (Light or Book) though, but it is Novecento Wide, you can compare the characters' shapes.
