I had a suspicion about the Lucida,but definitely no idea for the black print. Thanks though!

Please help me identify the 2 fonts that are shown in this photo (they ARE not my products,I do not assume credit for these photos at all). I'm only needing to know the fonts that were used. Thank you! P.S. This is the first time I've posted on this site,I hope this is the proper way to ask.
