Set the horizontal scale to 64% in Illustrator or Photoshop (It's a mortal sin to stretch fonts though.)

Horizontal Scale: 80% (Yep, I stretch fonts but only between 80% - 120% as my general Rule. As long as the font doesn't look streched, I'm fine with that.
