This is Ed's handwriting. It would be hard to find a near-perfect match without finding high-quality samples of every letter of the alphabet in his hand and then making a digital sample. :/

These are both really close and I've been using Mom's Typewriter for a long time. I recently looked at the style sheet for Sheeran's website and found that the font used for his logo and similar text is called "CarbonType" seen here:
