This is the font used in GTA Vice City!

Does someone know what font is used on this game's logo?

Same font used on GTA San Andreas' and The Pirate Bay's logos.

Actually, I'd like to know the name of these two fonts, but since they're both part of this game's logo I can't separate the two.
Any help on either one?
P.S. Hope I'm not stepping out of bounds too much by asking for the two fonts in the logo

Please, only the part where it says "Gang$tar".
The rest is a slightly modified 'Diploma' if anyone wants to know as well
