I've tried all the font matching sites and they didn't come up with anything. I can't find a font that matches the "C" and the "Y"
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've been looking for this font all over. The closest I could find is "Sailor Scrawl" which isn't really that close. Could someone help me out?
