Sonic Notes, a Sonic the Hedgehog fan site that has translations of various Japanese Sonic stuff and fonts used throughout the series, has the font used in these bits of text from Shadow the Hedgehog, Sonic 4, and Sonic Unleashed identified as DF Zong Yi Traditional Chinese. However, any attempts to search this font up either go nowhere or lead to dead Linotype links.

Is there any font that even comes close to resembling it that I could use in place of it? It looks like it’s been scrubbed off of the entire internet.

Earlier today, I saw a video about some guy who kept using fake band names in order to scam people, and the logo for this particular one intrigued me. Could someone please identify the font used? Since this was one of that guy's many fake bands, I assume some sort of typeface was used on it.
