Hello again. I believe I've seen this in some manga scanlations but not sure. Not the usual suspects Wild Words, CC Astro City or Zud Juice.

Sorry for the small size and limited sample.
Ran it through a font identifier site and it's very similar to Perihelion BB (Bold), but not quite the same.
