Hi, thank you, printer is working fine for other docs, I am doing exactly the same as before to print, any other ideas?

Hi, I am trying to print the foglihten font. I managed to print it before and today when I tried to print from word, the document is coming out blank. I can save to pdf and it prints ok but it changes the look of the font slightly. I have tried uninstalling and installing again and still doesn't work, any ideas what I should do? thank you
