This isn't actually a font. It was just those letters created for a logo, rather than a complete typeface.

HOWEVER... I have found this extremely similar font!!!

It is called 'Jabberwub'.

The font for the word 'TERMINATOR' looks like spy-agency (with a customised 'T' and a lowercase 'I')

It looks to me like this is the commercial font, ITC Franklin Gothic Std M (with a space inbetween each letter).
