Please Identify the font in this cartoon, is it a free font or a paid font? thanks!
Edit: after some more research I have found out it is actually not a font, it is handwritten, or a font the author handmade or something. Feel free to suggest something similar.

Sorry that's the best I can do with a webcam maybe I'll repost it again if I get a digital camera in the future.
