Ive just tried that, and it still takes me to photo viewer..

Apologies in advance, as I confess to being computer illiterate. But, Im trying to download, and Im redirected to Photoviewer, and told I dont have the necessary updates to view. This seems strange to me,as your all talking about saving zip files, and I cant see any option for this..

Any suggestions please?
