Hello

I have extracted this image file containing a font from a texture dictionary in the game GTA San Andreas.

The game uses this font for in-game messages. I have searched for this font in a font format for hours, with no luck.

I have no experience in creating fonts, so I wouldn't know if this is even possible to create this way.
Any help is appreciated
