Almost any Gothic font is going to get you very close. Tilting Gothic, Franklin Gothic, Tilting Gothic, etc. Tricky to identify w/ only those letters.

Although very close, it's not Courier. Look at the eye on the lower case a and bowl shape on the lowercase c, among other slight differences. Some other monospace, but most likely moot for the purpose.
Check out Prismatic and Valuco. Duke is very similar free alternative from Lost Type Co-op.

Modding Services is very close to Hoefler Forza, but some slight differences.
