Sadly, it's custom made and only for this game. The grunge is just an added effect. The closest you'll get to this is the "Waltari" font.

Have you tried Microgramma? It may have been slightly condensed.

That is a slightly modified version of Planet Kosmos, but for sure the name remains the same.
