does anyone know which font this is which looks like this when writing in capitals?

does anybody know which font is used for Fall Out Boy's logo? this edit has a shadow effect on it but is the font still identifiable?

Does anyone know the name of this font and where I could find it? (or where to find any similar fonts with the text cut out within circles?)

I've seen it used for lyric gifs and graphics so many times but nobody can tell me what it's called or where to find it.
