Here ist the answer:
It is not a good idea to use the otf directly if you work on the web with it. I tried font-forge to correct the vertical-metric-issue, it did not work. I trief different web-font converter and failed. Then I tried fontforge: It even has an option "fix vertical metric" ;-) - now it works.

Hello, I am using the victor.otf on a Website. Testing google-chrome, there are some problems displaying
the font: -when scrolling it disapears, -when mouse over it seems to highlight only one half of the line.
Example see: http://wikiciety.org/dev/ - any Ideas how to solve the problem? Maybe offering a svg-Version
of the font to chrome? Regards, Ingo
