It lacks German Umlaute (Äa, Üü, Öö), but otherwise it seems to be identical. Perhaps Umlaute were added by the designer of the example. Many thanx!

Might be Formula TS Demibold.
Though it might look somewhat different because in the beginning MS Sans Serif was a bitmap font.
