1. It could be Microgamma font?
2. To me it looks the same, sometimes this fonts are giving me headaches because there are always few fonts that look the same and I have to stare at them for hours thinking which one to use.
3. That one is closest one.

I think that there should be the option for the author of the topic to set it as green.

Is there a font very similar to this one that is free, because Hanyi Zong Yi costs $450 according to myfonts.com?

I'm making a number plate which has only numbers. The font on number plate used by law enforcement in Croatia is same.

HR stands for Hrvatska (eng. Croatia). Anyway, do you know what font is this (black numbers and letters ofc)? I can't find any info about this, it's like this font is classified or something.
