That's what I thought! I did a search for his name when I was looking & came across some interesting stuff...just wasn't sure if it was the same guy or not.

That doesn't have anything to do with my question at all...it applies to ALL his fonts.

Yeah...except there's been no activity from him on his blog since 2010 & if you've read the comments, a lot of people have done that & never either got the download link for the full version or had it emailed to them...

Should I just do it anyway and take my chances? Anyone know what my options are legally down the road if I do that & use it?

I can't get a reply from the owner/designer of a font I'm wishing to use...I've emailed, but haven't heard back. Does anyone on here know of a way to get a hold this person?
