Does anyone know any good Sans Serif font to replace Minion Pro as main reading font. (not Myriad)

It has to be readable and pro. text is mainly in Lithuanian (ą č ę ė į š ų ū ž) but often is in Russian, English and many other languages with all this å ä ja ö ć ń ó ś ź ł stuff...
