I think it is Big Caslon CC. If you wanted to have the different color inside with a black outline, you could easily do so by downloading it here: http://www.fontbureau.com/fonts/BigCaslon/ (it's not free) and then going to Powerpoint and selecting Format > Text Fill > Gray > Text Outline > Black. I couldn't find a font with lowercase letters like that, but I did find one a little closer than WatchMNOutline. Here's how: Format > Text Fill > No Fill > Text Outline > Color You Want
