Looks a lot like Bible Script Regular and Bible Script Alternates, combined with Bible Script Flourishes. Unfortunately, some characters (capital B and the ampersand character, for example) from Bible Script do not match the rest of the characters you got your sample from (http://punkygibbon.co.uk/images/c/conflict/itstime_cd_2006_900.jpg)
