I don't have a lot to work with here, tried whatthefont as well and only end up finding fonts close to what this is, but not the exact one. Any takers? (referring to the 'madina')

Also the font name for the Blue text would be appreciated. I know these are fonts used often but I cannot remember them for the life of me.
