Can anybody help me identify the font from the following picture?

This is a tattoo I had done last year and when I originally designed it, I had the font saved on my laptop....until it broke and subsequently I lost the font which I cannot (for the life of me) find! I now need the font again because I'm adding onto my tattoo....
