If anyone could help me in identifying the fonts used in this logo I would greatly appreciate it!

Also, I'm relatively new to using Illustrator(CS5) and I am unsure how to get those red circles to go through the letters like they did here. Or do I need to draw a bunch of pin arches and have them line up?
