I would like to open up an online embroidery digitizing business. The clients would mostly be embroiderers who would like to use all or part of a font digitized for embroidery. So the client would be paying for a font that we digitized into embroidery.

Does a commercial license generally cover this? Would it fall under redistribution of the font or since it's been converted to an embroidery file it would be different? It would not be distributed in any other way than for it to be stitched out on an embroidery machine, I really have no idea. Anyone have a clue in this area?
