Any ideas what type of font is being used here for "CUESA"?

I'm working on a map project and would like to use the same font this organization uses since the map I'm making is based off of them.

Do you what this font might be or a similar font?

It looks like it to me. At least this one seemed easy to identify. The other font I posted is going to be harder to decipher.

Anyone got an idea of what this font might be?

I am having a hard time finding out what this font is. It's similar to Rage Italic but it's not cursive. Please help!
