So I'm looking for the font used in this, assuming it is even a font at all, and not just artwork. The stylistic marks on the R and N are required, preferable that they look the same, though something similar would be acceptable.

Wondering what the top font is. I've found the bottom one, but am looking for that top font as I actually like it better. If I can't have something with the lines above and below, I'd like something with the worn look to it.
