As in, where it says, "BEAUTY PERSONALITY: BEYONCE"? It looks like the font used on the top to say "Glamour", which is similar to the Dubiel font (bold).

Yes, the edges do look sort of identical, but they're tilted at different angles, and the top of the first two is wider. Yeah, I think this isn't a font. it could resemble some, maybe.
