I make the bracelets by hand, and to use a font, I just "grid" the font, so to speak. I put a grid on top of the font and directly translate it onto the bracelet. So the font is modified only a tiny bit in that it might lose some details. If I could figure out how to insert a picture here, I would show you. (Let me know if the link works.)

It is a font. I know that it is in thread, but we make patterns for bracelets from actual fonts. It was a serious request, not a joke.
