There's gotta be someone who knows what font this is.
Sorry, I don't think there is anything similar...
Looks most like FF Eureka Sans Condensed Regular Caps to me. Do note, this logo could have been changed a lot with Photoshop, meaning the pieces of the font may have been differently placed to get this effect. Especially the height of on letter could be different and of course the spacing.
