But it looks like the tails have been removed from most of the letters.

The font is Kerfuffle but it has been customized with a texture. The 'M' and 'A' have been modified as well.

Arista is close. It's possible that maybe they just slightly customized the 't's and 'r's.

But, there's an article here that says that it's something called 'PICO Alphabet'.
