Continuum Medium looks remarkably similar and it's free.

Scape Light with a slightly modified 'K'. Don't see why they had to do that :S It's such a slight change!

Register Sans looks the closest, except the 'U' is different. Maybe they modified it?

It's possible that it's Univers Light Extended.

But it looks like the tails have been removed from most of the letters.

The font is Kerfuffle but it has been customized with a texture. The 'M' and 'A' have been modified as well.

I couldn't find it. Sorry, but here you can check out the 'Destroy' and 'Eroded' fonts on dafont. They're pretty cool.
