After spending a couple of hours digging, I found that the original font is not a common outline font, it's a stroke based font. Actually, it is very common in software used to draw PCBs (printed electronic circuits boards). Unfortunately, it is an internal part of every different software, meaning that I'm better off drawing it from scratch then trying to find a file with it..

It's a monospaced font that I found on an electronic circuit schematic.

Looks like OCR or Speculum or Chunkfeeder, but it's none of them.
