I was afraid of that. Oh well... time to hit the font web with a stick till I find it free!
I tried this a couple of other places, and they're saying ITC Zapf Chancery, but while that is a fancy-schmancy match, I'm almost positive there's a freeware equivalent that comes packaged with Word that I'm missing. Am I right?

Ah, okay. Thanks!

The size and quality of the sample does not allow to be completely sure, but I believe itīs the same you said: Optima
I get that the bold is Optima. I'm asking about the other font.
I know that the bold lettering is likely Optima or something related, but I'd like to know the other typeface.
Specifically seeking the font used for the cast list and the title. Help?
Seen it a few places. This is the clearest sample I could find.
This is probably insanely simple; I just can't identify it by sight. Help!

Times New Roman.
Times New Roman
Is that 100% certain though? It does look like Times but I don't think Times New Roman is an exact match.
I'm sure it's something insanely common, I just need to know what it is.
This particular sample dates from November 1972, but was used for at least two or three decades by Playbill.
Thank you, claudeserieux! Now looking for the italics and cast list fonts.
Just need the four that are not part of the ad. The billing, if you will. Thanks in advance!
