Edwardian Script (should be on your computer) is close, but not exact.

Aharoni, I think it's already on your system but I'm not sure.

NOTE: The commercial font linked isn't the font in the picture, a mod changed the link to a different font with the same name

Not exact, but the closest I can find to 'NETWORK'. The small text size doesn't really help.

These two fonts are also close.

Or you could try google searching 'college font' and seeing how close some of the results are.

You could also use Arial Black, which is similar.
