This appears to be hand painted. Komika Axis is the closest thing I've found.

Ignore the "cross", I'm having a tough time with "aylor" after it. Any suggestions on "chassis" would be a bonus. Apologies for lousy quality and crappy brush work to protect the innocent. Thanks in advance!
