Hey font finder- this actually IS Petra. But it's the alternates (not the standard)- open up the glyphs and you might find the other characters there. Otherwise you can download at the attached url*. The ampersand isn't Petra though.

The name is Dark Moon apparently- but he hasn't released it yet. Illegal curves is the closest, besides Devil's Breeze. All by the same guy - and they're based on Avant Garde from what he has said.
