I need to recreate the Snake Oil label with different text but using the same fonts. There are multiple fonts, that I can't identify. Could anyone help me out?

Im looking for a font that is either this exact one (obviously minus the design) or something that is a lot like this one. It's a pretty plain and simple font but I can't seem to find anything like it. I don't think it's a custom font either.
