is there a database where i can find details of the owner/s? if they have copyrighted it officially, then they would have had to submit a formal application to the relevant intelectual property body. like they do for trademarks etc.

i was wondering what the commercial license is of this font series is?

i have tried to contact (email) dr nimbus from omega labs but it fails to receive and gets returned to me.

i have tried all contact options but no success.

does anyone know who else i can contact?

and i have notice www.logomaker.com use this for commercial purposes, this is were i first discovered this font, they let you design a logo for free then charge for you to keep it. (im not advertising/complaining but just pointing out an example where it is used commercially)

i want to use this font in my logo for my business.

i couldn't find a text file with this font, so pretty much in the dark about this one.
