Client sent this as a low res bitmap. I need to tidy it up and can't find the font. Thought it was Cataneo but its not. Letter spacing has been reduced by the look of it.
I only need this for a logo so I could redraw the ampersand if the font for other letters is found.
The 'E' in Didot has a shorter top compared to the bottom. Best match I can see is LTC Bodoni 175 from Lanson Type.
The 'E' and 'P' are from Linotype Stop, and the 'T' is from almost any sans serif font, but changed to give the curve round the 'P'
This is Ballpark Script - from the same website as LHF Ephemera. The two fonts are similar, but the lower case f in particular gives it away.
This is Friz Quadrata, but it's been stretched.

There are at least 4 different fonts here:
- Mason Serif for the M,e,r as Rocamaco said, although the M is Mason Alternate
- Morpheus for the i,t
- Astrology 1 for the o
The only thing I can't find is the s - It's possible its from an alternate of some font but if I was doing it I'd customise it

It's not quite the same but '21st Outline' is close.
This is a custom font made by Dalton Maag for Tesco. Created exclusively for the client, this product is not available to buy or license.
This is a version of the font 'New Yorker' created for that magazine. There are some tidied up versions around but this slightly blobby one is a match and is a free download.
There are a number of fonts like this, all based on the font created for the Mexico '68 Olympics. The closest to your numbers here is probably '21st Outline' by Adam Hayes and Nick Hayes. It is widely available.
This font is called Blue Island, and was designed by British designer Jeremy Tankard in 1996-9. It has been licensed by all the major font companies, including Adobe, Linotype and ITC, and in addition is available from MyFonts.com, FontShop.com and Fonts.com
This is Helvetica Inserat apart from the 'y' which looks slightly rotated, and the 'p' which has a longer stem
