Great fonts used on these old scales. Need help identifying them, please. TIA for the help!

I'm looking for the different fonts that were used to make this sign. It looks like three fonts, a scrolly one, a different one for the Farm Fresh and Complimentary Cider, and a different one for the Pine, Spruce and Fir. Any help you can give me is much appreciated. Also, the scroll line diviner's that are used separate the bottom area, Complimentary Cider from Cash and Carry, any thoughts on where I can look for similar scrollwork. There appear to be four different fonts on this sign, can somebody please help me identify them. Also, do you think the lemon slice might possibly be a dingbat? You are always so helpful in this forum, I am always amazed at your font knowledge and appreciate the help.

Oh, now I get it, there are two files, they just used the fancy A with the plain letters. Thank you so much for helping me. Any idea about the other font. None that i have a thin as this. I can change kerning for spacing, but I need a thinner font.
