Okay Candifitz,

I just moved from New Orleans to Phoenix to take up my career in Graphic Design.
And one of my classes is Traditional Typography, and what i have learned in that class so far, i have only been in the class for 4weeks, this is be my 5th week come Friday.
Is do not expect that every font you want to be found on the internet. If you have to sketch out the quote that your client wants. Then after you do that you can scan it and use either Photoshop or Illustrator to make it look like a actually font.

Because just like dfcrux said they are a hand crafted item. it would be very hard to find it on here or any other font site.
The best lead I can give you is look at all the Serif fonts. Because that font is a Serif, and if all fails, find the closest Serif font and work on it in Photoshop to give it the same look as on the tiles.

I am only out of high school, but I learned a lot in high school. I worked with Eclectic Dezigns as an intern. So if you need help to come up with the right look, here is my email.
