I'm assuming it's a free one due to its use to promote a free icon set, but I could be wrong. It isn't Komika, look how nice the C and R glyphs are with this one :-)

Microgramma Bold Extended. It's everywhere from cake shops to Back To The Future.

Could also be Microgramma D Bold Extended; they are very similar.
